Dr WinMore Slots
Developed by Real Time Gaming (RTG), Dr. WinMore is a 5x5 grid slot that features cluster pays. It revolves around a mad scientist who tries concocting different formulas for winning big.
Should you step inside of Dr. WinMore's laboratory and play this game? You can find out by reading about everything this slot has to offer in the following review.
Dr. WinMore features five reels and five rows (5x5 grid). You form wins by getting 4+ matching symbols in a cluster going vertically or horizontally.
This game offers cascading wins, where symbols from winning combinations disappear. Icons from above fall into the vacant spaces and give you more opportunities to win. The cascading feature continues until no more wins are possible.
Graphics & Atmosphere
Dr WinMore takes place in the doc's dimly lit lab. You'll see faint traces of equipment in the background, including wires, gears, and electricity.
Normally, we're big fans of RTG's design work. However, you can't really see enough of the backdrop to get a good feeling for the design here.
The theatrics that take place on the reels are quite entertaining, though. Every time that a winning combination occurs, a zapper clears away the winning symbols.
The music really blends well with the theme. It's a mysterious, yet light-hearted, tune that keeps the mystery of the doctor's lab alive.
Symbols & Win Potential
Symbols include various beakers, test tubes, an electricity ball, robot, and Dr. WinMore himself. The doc serves as the wild symbol and substitutes for all regular icons to form winning combinations.
We've seen estimates that this slot pays up to 3,000x your stake. This isn't the largest win in the slots world, but it's also not the worst either.
As mentioned before, this game offers cascading wins. Every cascading win causes a win multiplier to increase by 1x.
The multiplier can reach a maximum of 6x—at which point it stays there for the duration of the spin. When a new round begins, the multiplier always resets back to 1x.
Unfortunately, Dr. WinMore doesn't provide a bonus round. However, it does feature special robot symbols that can pump up your wins.
Four special robots exist in all. Each one helps clear the grid in a specific pattern. For example, the green robot clears symbols in a cross-style shape.
You can wager between $0.10 and $25 per spin. The low end of this range should satisfy players who are on a budget. However, some high rollers may yearn for more than a $25 stake.
This game also provides an autoplay function. You can use autoplay to keep the reels spinning automatically with your betting options in place.
RTP & Volatility
No return to player (RTP) is given for this slot. We assume that the Dr. WinMore RTP ranges somewhere between 95% and 97%.
Volatility rests in the medium range. This game pays at a pretty consistent clip and doesn't feature any wins that are too wild.
Try This Slot for Free
Dr. WinMore is a somewhat unconventional game. Therefore, you might want to play it for free before risking any money.
We think that you'll be pleasantly surprised by Dr. WinMore and think about risking some real funds on it. Again, though, you should probably try it before you buy it.
Real Time Gaming is one of the best-known developers in the business. They've been producing slots since 1998. That said, they're experienced enough to create solid games. Dr. WinMore is no exception to RTG's long-time prowess.
Overall Rating on Dr. WinMore Slots
We give Dr. WinMore a 7 out of 10 rating. Our favorite things about this game include the various features and fun symbols.
This slot presents cascading wins, special robot symbols, and a multiplier (up to 6x). We'd like to see a bonus round included here too, but we'll take what's given.
Aside from the lacking bonus, the biggest downside to this game is the atmosphere. You really need to play this slot with the brightness on your phone/computer maxed out to see anything.
Nevertheless, Dr. WinMore remains an entertaining slot that provides a few thrills. It's not going to keep you glued to the reels for hours. However, it does offer enough to make it worth a single try.
